I would say you are suffering from the prednisone drop. It can be a killer.

But the drops can be killers.
We have to be careful not to do too many variables at once or we can't determine the problem.
How much predisone were you on and how fast and how much are you dropping?
I suffered way too many times till I learned slow and small drops save the day.
The predisone drops feel like MG until your body adjusts. Usually I make it if I buck it out but on one drop I did have to go back up because after 2 weeks I began to feel breathing.

Maybe talk to your neuro about another course of IVIg to tide you over or a slower prednisone drop, it would probably depend on the symptoms you are having. My neurologist was not bothered by the fatigue (I was), but the double vision was coming back as well. b.
