Take care. Gez
It certainly sounds like you need more help with medication. I don't know what time your doctor visit is, but it won't be after a hard days work. Don't tell your doc you feel lousy, tell him you fell and knocked pictures off the wall. tell him if your legs won't do what you tell them to do, are you having trouble brushing your teeth at night, or sitting straight at the table, or going upstairs, or washing your head and whatever hair you have.
Tell him what you cannot do that you could. Someone wanted to chew gum and couldn't. Tell him what you want to be able to do, like take care of your family at night and you can't even walk straight to the bathroom because . . .Lots of people feel lousy especially in the heat and when they are working hard, but your lousy is special and the doctor needs to know the particulars. This will give both him and you a way to judge your progress or lack of progress. It will tell him more about where to look for trouble.
While we hope your occular MG is not generalizing, I think we all have a pretty good notion that it is. Better to get it treated early if that is what is going on. Also autoimmune diseases tend to run together and my doctor told me to have my thyroid checked every six months. That is something else to consider--along with just getting to feel better and I hope it is soon.
hugs, b.
Good Luck. I know how you feel.
Tomorrow's gonna be a fresh new day. Maybe you'll feel better. And if not? Then we'll be here expecting another post.
