You need to keep on eye on your symptoms as many of us progress. Treatment may be required for you. I remember the great feeling I had after my first mestinon and thinking this is what I searched for. I tried to go at it with mestinon alone, but after four months of deteriorating on mestinon only I had to get treatment.
If you consistently need more mestinon to cope and/or your symptoms get worse over time, you need treatment.

I also had weakness for a number of years before I recently got mestinon and it has made so much difference. I hope your course is not complicated but for sure you can get answers here as many have much experience with different types of treatment.
Again Welcome! Marie
