Also I find that I have to increase mestinon at times due to other meds or stress from allergy or illness.
Remember that some of this disease is in our heads...
It takes a lot of muscles to smile and positive thinking helps. Believe you are and don't worry about smiling. I think the best we can do is continue to practice!
So try to stay as happy as possible, ok?
