I have been taking Glycopyrrolate, or Rubinol since October and can't go without it.
It helps me with the GI side effects of Mestinon. I take it at the same time I take the mestinon - every 4 hours.
When I started taking mestinon I noticed that I was having trouble with loose BM's, and the strangest thing I noticed is that at night....I started drooling like crazy....I mean it was gross. I would leave puddles all over my pillow. During the day I would notice that I had excessive saliva but it was not like it was at night.
Since I have started taking the Rubinol, both of these issues have resolved themselves.
I don't take one without the other now. :)
Hope this helps! :)
