They broke that mold before they made me. I do not "go off" on anyone on a regular basis. It really takes a lot to launch my botle rocket but when you do You better look out. I haven't heard that it's a symptom of MS.
I do most patients go on some sort of antidepresent when they are DX-ed. So I am not sure if this is to get the patient through the angry pissed at the world stage or not.
I can say that my tolerence of certain things isn't what it use to be. That's why my blog has alot of stupid people stories in it. I know with me personally it has helped alot. It's a way to vent constructively.
Also my photography has helped. If you look at some of it I destress by being alone. Some of the places I go to shoot I don't see another living human being for days. So think the type of photography I do has given me a different outlook. The fact that I just reshuffled my careers has helped as well. I never "lost" anything I just downshifted to go up the mountain.
Don't know if this helps or not...lol
My advice is tell those around you about it, and let them know you don't mean anything by it, it just is part of the MS, a part you don't like. And it is okay to laugh at you. They say its the best medicine.
Good luck, Rana
