I don't go to any other support sites, but I really like wheelchairkamikaze.com for staying updated on any MS news. He has a lot of links to other sites as well.

I have connected with patientslikeme.com It is interesting to look at profiles of hundreds of people with MS, how they are doing and their treatments. I have mostly been using it to keep track of my own history of relapses etc. They have some nice charts for symptoms and treatments for your own use and/or for doctors/medical practioners.
