I've been having this odd dizzy sensation for a couple of weeks now, especially at work or when driving. I feel like I need to close one eye to focus, then I kind of start to fall asleep, and lose my balance. It's weird because it's mostly when I'm sitting. I've been fiddling with my meds to figure out if it has to do with that, but can't come to a conclusion. I'm at the point where I have to keep leaving work because people keep catching me with my eyes closed, and I feel like I'm going to fall off my chair. Now I think I need to stop driving because I think I'm driving straight, then realize I'm veering out of my lane. (That happened this morning.) I'm trying to avoid calling my neurologist because I have an appointment with a new one May 4th and would rather wait to talk to her. I have a call in to my pain management doctor to see if he thinks it's one of the meds. I don't think it could be a new symptom because I just had an MRI of the brain and c-spine and I have no lesions there. (Only thoracic) I'm just so confused and scared because first of all it comes and goes, so I never know when it's going to hit. Then having to leave work - and now I'll have to find help to get to and from work!
Sorry this is so long and rambling. Any ideas??
