So I now have patches of cold spots on my body, like I got frost bite or something. I have a big patch on my right hip and right leg. Anyone experience this? also, if this is from my flare will it go away? Its very, very annoying. Thanks for the help, this nerve stuff is so very strange. I keep thinking something is crawling on me to, but there is nothing there. I feel like I'm losing it. (((hugs)))

Had similar over recent holidays - mainly on both legs. Gone after 8 weeks but I have no explanation nor did I make changes in my daily activities.

I have them too. Mostly they are, I would have described them as on fire, but your description of them sounds right too - I am imagining what frostbite might feel like and that could be what this might feel like.

it is a burning/frozen sort of feeling - horrible. I have had it for the longest time in one large area across my back, but now it shows up in other places - down my forearm or on one or the other of my legs.

it is just..there. neuropathy. my dr. prescribed lidocaine cream to put on it. sometimes I can ignore it, sometimes not. it is one of the most difficult things.

it is possible it is due to your flare, but I would ask your doctor. mine doesn't go away. the one on my back is always there now.
