Otherwise I try to eat a balanced diet with little processed food. (if it's in a packet, I think twice)
Exercise - I do Aqua aerobics, and am beginning to notice improvement.
Magnesium is helpful for leg cramps, spasms, and keeps you from getting constipated.
Acetyl-L-carnitine has been studied in MS due to its potential effects on fatigue. Also, 600 mg. Malic Acid, 2x day with some magnesium (300 mg) if you have fatigue. This has been shown to be helpful and reducing pain and fatigue in Fibro and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Like Jill said, a healthy diet should do the trick.
