About 12 months ago my doctor put me on a masssive vitamin D dose (25.000 mu/month) following a blood test which showed I was very low in Vit D, ( and after she had spoken to an endocronologist). I want to stress thathat it is a big dose, and not available from off the shelf.

Ever since I have experienced a very noticeable difference in my well being.

Sceptic that I am I also put it down to a significant weight loss.

Then, about three weeks ago I began to experience that revolting lethargy and general 'yuckiness'.

I hadn't changed my eating habits but had been very busy with work but when I looked at my diary I noticed I had forgotten to take my monthly vit D and had not taken it for over a month..

After taking it I experienced an overnight change in my sense of wellness.

I realise this is only my story but I feel that the Vit D dose does make a difference to me so I'm sharing this because someone else may also benefit from my experience..
