just venting, i eat super healthy, and it does really help - with my ms pain especially, but one of my roommates has a 64-72oz half empty bottle of kamchatka diluted vodka on my shelf, and it completely squished my kale and lettuce.
i can easily become un-civil, so i have to calm down and figure out what to do - especially when it comes to food.
there are 4 shelves in the fridge, and 4 people living here - put your sh**ty alcohol on your own shelf and leave my free-range eggs and organic lettuce alone!!!!!!

It was ONE of the reasons I got my OWN apt. 60+ miles away from my "loving" family when I started college.
All of my stuff was either eaten by someone else, knocked down and never picked up, tossed out when I was saving it for tomorrow, broken apart and NOT even moved to not be stepped on accidentally by someone else!!
Back then I felt bad to use SS funding to pay for a place for me to live when I did not believe I even had MS; I thought I was misdiagnosed but I let the neuro start me getting free money anyhow. I PLANNED to get a GOOD paying job and PAY BACK all that I took while I was misdiagnosed. I was then gonna give yearly donations to the MS Society, MS National society too and any other ones too cause I was going to work down in NY city/ Wall street... OBVIOUSLY THAT all those plans got demolished with not being able to remember things SLIGHTLY QUICKLY ANYMORE!
To pay the entire rent by myself WITHOUT A JOB, scared me about as much as living all alone in the BIG town of 35,000 people, instead of here in the small town/village of 300 people with the nearest neighbor being 5 miles away was a bit scary, but The police were just 500 FEET from my inexpensive apt. with the elderly landlord upstairs; So THAT made me feel like SOME GOOD adult would make sure the house didn't catch on fire or be broken into while he was drunk or break my stuff.
I STILL live up there, just don't have internet anymore since I graduated with the bachelors degree that just hangs uselessly on the wall now since MS stole a lot of my mind away and I can't really work.
Maybe there is an inexpensive rental close to where you stay that may be a better place for you to stay in? Just a suggestion.
I hope the people/ person who squished your stuff apologizes and pays you back somehow at least!
