I think the same thing with the MS Society. Their studies are sometimes BS -- studying stuff that we already know and not really finding the cure. Just studying more drugs. The MS Society is big business. They raise millions of $$ just in this area alone. They make money off of us and make a darn good living off of our misery.

Thanks for sharing. Feeling bad as I listened to this with my laptop on my lap and watching TV. Hmm it will get me off my butt and onto the exercise bike before work.

I took an antidepressant for seven years before giving it up to be a pilot. I went to a counselor who asked how I was taking the pills. I took them when I felt that life was getting to be too much. She explained that I could find any placebo for all the help I was getting. I substituted dark chocolate M & Ms and haven't had a problem since.

What an educational video. Yes there is so much difference between disease, disorder and symdrome. I'm happy to see more and more information out in the open and being able to discuss it freely. No chance of this video going viral though- it's too truthful for many people to want to hear.

What many people want is a cure all pill. Not going to happen. There is no quick substitute for positive outlook., stress reduction techniques, wholesome diet, and old fashion exersise.
I refused to get injected with gadolinium for a contrast MRI due to a possible deadly manmade disease. I literally discovered while on my way to do MRI. My neuto was upset with me and he said" why are you worried about side effects of gadolinium? You will be on a drug that will have more side effects than gadolinium" really? Thanks but no thanks. I do not even know if stopping these drugs can actually worsen the symptoms one would not have in the first place if not for the drug
