i don't know if this is what you're talking about, but if my feet aren't against a flat surface they jump. like when someone is playing "horsey" with a child on their knee.

Hi there, Not sure why you are doubting you have tremors. Does a part of your body shake or tremor? There are fine, small tremors say in a hand, finger, or bigger ones in head.

Actually I have tremors INSIDE my head which baffles several doctors. I ONLY get these tremors in my head when I am about to fall asleep or about to wake up and only on one side.

Many others have essential tremors which you can SEE but they are basically benign. Keep track of your tremors and talk to your neuro about them. Okay?

When I walk up steps, when my right leg is going to the next step it shakes. Those r my tremors.

That's more like what happens to me when I walk...

Maybe tremors are different in all of us. I get them in my fingers most often, and then take my other hand to hold them still. My thumbs also tend to just kink out of shape for no reason, and once again I use my other hand to get it back into place. Tremors in the legs are definitely possible but not to be confused with Restless Leg Syndrome. I wish you the best of luck!

I get the tremors that are inside & also visible where a leg/arm/hand/eye etc will literally tremble.
I get Baclofen to control the tremors.

I have had small tremors in my hands since I was about 13 years old. I could deal with them but knew that I could not be a surgeon (LOL). Anyway, it was embarrassing at times. I used to work with my hands and it could be annoying at times. I used to take propranolol for them (even before i knew I had MS), but it made my blood pressure too low with all my other MS drugs. But propranolol definitely works. My tremors are really minor now so i don't worry about them.

Hope that it just temporary for you. Talk with your neuro doc about them. It can be a MS symptom for sure.

I get periodic tremors after using my hands, like doing dishes, swimming, typing on the computer. They are small, somewhat invisable. My legs also shake from time to time. Nothing chronic.

I gt them mostly on my right side. It mostly feels on the inside like you've stuck your fingers in pop. Bubbly, if that makes sense. I also get shakey, but again mostly on my right side. It doesn't always show on the outside unless I'm very tired,stressed or in a flair. I also have muscle jerks that are fairly violent. I kept biting my hubby with my elbow one night and he thought I was angry with him. Keppra helps, but I still have break thrus and I can tell when I don't take my meds.

I feel like I'm having mini earthquakes inside my body. They're usually brief or relieved by rest. For me it's like I'm internally shaking although it can't be seen. I have small muscle twitches and the inside tremors make me feel weak, shaky and fatigue. Baclofen has helped tremendously

When I touch my nose with my finger and then touch my doctors finger my hand shakes a little bit but not horribly.... My whole body vibrates sometimes...It does'nt last very long

I usually feel back to normal in the morning....... back to my baseline
