Actually I have tremors INSIDE my head which baffles several doctors. I ONLY get these tremors in my head when I am about to fall asleep or about to wake up and only on one side.
Many others have essential tremors which you can SEE but they are basically benign. Keep track of your tremors and talk to your neuro about them. Okay?

I get Baclofen to control the tremors.
Hope that it just temporary for you. Talk with your neuro doc about them. It can be a MS symptom for sure.
I usually feel back to normal in the morning....... back to my baseline
