Curious to know how does one travel with these meds particularily rebif, might be going on road with a friend who is a truck driver. I am about to start rebif, just curious. Not going to have nurse come to my home, live in small town people way to noisy here. LOL

My Rebif came with a travel kit which included an insulated ice pack. Rebif can be left unrefrigerated up to 30 days (I personally would not leave it out that long)

I travel almost weekly and I have learned to take extra injections with me just in case the auto injector messes up or I do something stupid ,like forget to take the cap off before I inject. I live in the South, so I try not to leave it in the car if I am in a hospital or office all day in the summer. Sometimes, I take a cooler and get a hotel room with a refrigerator. I have not flown yet with my drugs, but I think all you need is a prescription to get through security.

i also use the travel kit and have never had a problem...it has everything in there, including needle disposal...
you'll be fine...and have fun on your trip...

I get a letter from my Dr yearly so I don't get hassled when boarding airplanes.
