Went to Fla. for the 4th. We are beach people. kids love going down there to visit. Wifes (Jen) parents have a place there. Got sun burned bad. numbness from the waist down. 3 MRI's last week. Saw the Nero today for the results. 1 new active lesion in my back. That caused the problem. Start 5 days of Solumedrol tomorrow. Felt like I didn't sleep the whole week last year on that stuff. Doc got me a supply of pills to help me sleep of the week. At least I'll get some sleep this week.

TAKE SUN IN SMALL DOSES.

Ooof. Feel better! I learned (also the hard way) that some of these crazy meds make me more suseptible to the sun. I got burned pretty bad back in early June. We went to shore in July, but I wore a long-sleeve rashguard and that kept me pretty protected. Enjoy the rest of the summer.

I needed that reminder. Headed to the beach for three weeks. I always feel great at my cabin...I can swim, hike, etc. But I always end up getting too much sun.

Thank you for reminding me not to be a dumass.
