Thanks everyone! I just got home and I'm pretty much in the same spot, at least I got the ball rolling. She said that my lesions are non-specific and old. She wants me to come back in two weeks to get another MRI with and without contrast of the neck and thoracic spine. Then we can go from there. She says my symptoms seem like Fibromyalgia, but she needs more information. Damn, more wait and see I guess. (((hugs)))

Thanks for updating us-was thinking of you today! The positive note here is that at least you have things going in the right direction. Hopefully the new MRI's will provide some sort of information (new, changing etc) that the doc can reference back to your last set.

Have you been seen by a rheumatologist yet? If so, did you have any tender points? Don't quote me on this, but I think to be diagnosed with fibromyalgia you have to have at least 11 out of 18 tender points.

thisperson, Hi, no I haven't been to a Rheumotologist yet, but maybe I should make an appointment, you are right about the tender points though. I just don't know why I would have 4 lesions on my brain. They aren't tumors, I'm not diabetic or hypertensive, but the neurologist said that you can get them from smoking, and i smoke, geesh the things you learn. My bone/muscle pain is so bad, it just doesn't stop, and combine that with the burning pain and fatigue, and Ive just about had it lol, it is getting harder and harder to make it to work everyday. :( (((hugs)))

Glad your getting closer to getting a dx, hope your not in too much pain today. I know the feeling of struggling to get to work it sucks, trying to force myself to get uo for work right now.
Also never knew smoking could cause lessions, learn something new everyday. Glad I quit smoking.
