Its the best thing and way of telling my legs they belong to me, I have become a lil obsessed with stretching, and it works....rowing aside, I use that for muscle strength and coordination, ok ballence needs work but strtching is soooooo cool, I guess rather like Yoga, but no so gay...lol....
I still work full time as a Mechanic so I bend and stretch a lot there to.
Painful but I enjoy that to lol.
If ya legs pull one way stretch it both ways.
Doing it naked with Me Anne is interesting to,
But to much information I guess. lol...Love to you all XX on the cheek unless you're male then settle for a hand shake....

I tried stretching for a little while while doing my yoga tapes from Shared Solutions (I got it for free when I used to take Copaxone). It does help with my legs and arms, but, I wish it helps a little more.

Stretching seems to cause cramps in my feet.

Hi All, I'm in a class called "Neuro-fit" for MS'rs, most of the class is stretching & it feels good! I'm loving it & feeling better about myself too.

Hi Jim I like to massage my legs at the same time I stretch but it does not really help me much.
