Stiffness

Just wandering what people are doing to help with stiffness or tightness of muscles. My leftside upper back and neck have been stiff on and off. Not sure if this is just me or MS related. I could have pulled a muscle. Anyway and tips to help loosen it up?

Some out here go to their doc and ask for muscle relaxers.

I take a muscle relaxer at night. My doctor also tells me to exercise. You might want to do some stretches. On the National MS Society website they have a print out for some stretches and exercises. Good luck!
