I have problems having a "normal" bowel movement. I feel the need to go but when i try i just cannot go. I dont know why but the "feeling" is always there but when i try to go, only a little comes out. I cannot seem to function normally because of this problem. Is anyone going through this problem? Any advice? Sometimes i just want to end it all.

Did anyone hear anything about stem cell treatment?

So sorry you are having bowel issues.
* I know that some out here are on LDN (Low Dose Naltrezone) and in Penn State studies helped other bowel issues such as Crohns.
* Get IgG and IgE allergy checks done and don't eat anything that comes back your allergic too. This can make bowel issues worse.

Maybe somethings you could bring up to your doc...or not. I hope you find something that helps.

Try magnesium, it helped my office manager.

Should have added this is cheap and easy. Just buy some from your local store and try it for a week.
