I am going to start copaxone soon. I am just waiting for a nurse to be sent out to go over it with me. I was really nervous and scared to have to do my own shot but after I picked up the copaxone from the pharmacy today and saw the needle I wasn't scared any more. I actually think I can do it myself. It may even sound crazy but I am kind of excited to give myself my first shot. I hope that feeling doesn't go away when it's actually time to do it.
When my neuro first told me she thought I had MS I was freaking out. I didn't think I could handle it, I am still not sure that I can but I feel like giving myself my shots will be a huge step.
