does anyone know where i can donate rebif? i literally have a full month's supply that the box hasn't even been opened.

rebif took a huge toll on me mentally, i was extremely depressed. my neuro tried anti depressants, and they worked, but i also didn't like how they made me not as expressive.

like, the antidepressants worked well, but i naturally wasnt as loud or bubbly, i wasn't a zombie, and i was happy again, but i kind of lost the obnoxious part of my personality and i wanted it back lol

i really hope copaxone works, with rebif my lesions were stable so i hope it was the best choice in the long run

MalinaC505- I went your Route and tried to donate or even give away my Rebif when I stopped taking it. I was told- no one would take my Rebif because it didn't come from the Drug Manufacturer, no one would take a chance that it somehow might be contaminated.

I ended up having to throw 4 boxes away! : (. Seems like such a waste. I couldn't even donate it free!

When I stopped Rebif to start Tecifidera I also had a box that was unopened of Rebif left. They told me that they could not send them back due to possible tampering. They told me that I had 2 options:
1. push the medicine out into a toilet bowl, flush and put the empty needles with the others and tape it up & put it in the trash or
2. when our local Police station has a drug turn in no questions asked just turn them in & they'll take care of them.

I did option 2 because the police where I live had a drug turn in

It's always goodto return unused medication to the pharmacy for safe disposal.
