I know this is hard for you, and I know you know that this is hard for him too. It is a difficult thing dealing with MS in a relationship. Most people spend their childhnood years waiting eagerly to become adults. They are convinced that as adults, they too will be in charge and have control over what happens in their day-to-day lives. Of course, the average, healthy person is never in control of as much as he or she would like to be, but add in MS and you get a harsh reminder that life can be pretty unpredictable.
Help your husband plan activities for the "best" part of his day. He may start the morning feeling ready to take on the world and end the day ready to take a long vacation. After he has a pretty good idea how his body reacts over the course of a day, try to plan accordingly. It's the Spoon Theory all over.
The best way to deal with the demon of unpredictability is to be prepared for it. Every big plan should have a back-up. This way you won't be crying as you are driving to work. I'm sending you a big invisible{{{{{ hug}}}}} in this message.

Take care,
Stay sane!
So yeah I get the whole stress thing. As lchoppel said there is a group and I sent you an invite. We found going to a low gluten diet with anti inflammation supplements, plenty of fats GLA, CLA, EPA/DHA and B vitamins has REALLY helped him. We try to plan for activities in AC as the heat makes the symptoms come out worse as does stress and alcohol. You can read more on my website (not selling anything)

I found reading the research and doing what I can with his diet, supplements and stress management good for him an empowering to me ( I can help). There are times he too gets tired and pissed that he is in his mid thirties and health-wise is not in his prime. Sometimes you will both just need space. Come vent here and ask questions most here are great!
Best wishes to you,
EP
