Anyone get sore spots on the top of your head for no reason? This happens once in awhile. Feels like I've hurt my head, but there's no lumps or bumps up there. Just hurts to touch the top of my head. Even kind of feels like my hair hurts!

I have never experienced any sore spots on my head. I hope you find out what's causing it.

I noticed as well I always think back if I hit my head. Not sure what that is, it's real sensitive for sure. Hoping someone may have a answer.

Yes, I've noticed this from time to time. Must just be "another ms thing" As you say it feels like you have bumped it or something.

yeah it happens all the time especially during a flare up of symptoms.

No, not on my head.

I do have sore spots on my ass, sometimes it feels like I'm sitting on rocks.

Anyone have that? (probably should have been its own post)

Yes, I do. But my spots are not only sore but burn. You can actually feel the heat rising from my scalp. I thought I was crazy so I asked my husband to check for heat and he could pinpoint the exact spot on my scalp. My personal belief is that there is another new lesion. Then again, I get hot spots on my legs.
You're right about hurting hair. I do wonder what it is - I've just written it off to MS.
Let's hope someone knows what it is. Wishing you the best.

Yes, on my forehead. I thought it might be a cyst of some type but the only thing the doc's could say, is that it was not a cyst. It went on for about a year and a half. There is a visible mark where it appeared, like a skin colored scar.

Yes, i have that often. I just assumed it was my hair pulling on my scalp but I really don't know

Yes, I've had this symptom for years! I've feared mentioning it to any doctor as I think they'd suspect I am crazy!

It doesn't last long but wow does it ever HURT!

I also have this problem with my ears! They hurt really bad on the outside and you cannot even touch them.

Are we all nut cases or what? ACK!!
