i have some horrible virus that is causing congestion and sinus pressure. i had a sore throat for awhile, i can't sleep without being woken up cuz i cant breathe, and pretty sure i have a fever, it's awful. i have asthma, so i have an inhaler and a humidifier, but i've been pretty much out for the count since thursday.

i feel like i'm almost always doomed to have a relapse after getting substantially sick. i know the stress of worrying about a relapse is not the right thing at all but as soon as i get better, i'll probably be stuck on prednisone and then get sick again
