Seeing doc tomorrow and could use some advice
Hello all.
I feel a bit bad about joining this group as I am not diagnosed with MS, rather I believe that there is a possibility I could have it.
I have been dealing with a list of different symptoms for a couple of years now and they have only grown in severity and are more frequent. I am diagnosed with Bipolar depression and have spent most of my spare time trying to keep on top of my mental health rather than addressing my physical health... silly I know. They both affect each other.
I just wanted to get someone's input on my symptoms and how on earth you went about relaying all of this to your doctor? It's so much to try and explain.
My symptoms-
Tremors - always in my left arm. Annoyingly it always happens when I'm going to take a drink or holding something fragile. Luckily I haven't spilt a hot drink on myself yet.
Tingling in back of neck - this is an odd sensation. Like an itch that I can't reach because it's under my skin. Causes me to twitch and blink a lot as it's so irritating.
Migraines and pain behind eyes - severe headaches that mainly cause pain behind my eyes. I also have issues with my sinus.
Lower back pain - I get bad pain in my lower back on the right side. Mainly near my hip and sometimes travels down my leg. I thought it was sciatica for a long time but might be linked to this.
Fatigue - this is by far the most disruptive to my life. Pain I can deal with but feeling constantly tired and weak is wreaking havoc with my work and personal life. I feel so tired for long periods of time.
Cramping/spasms - this is a more recent one to join the party. I have been getting intense spasms in my right upper leg.
sexual dysfunction - I have no interest anymore. I blame this on my antidepressants usually but it hasn't always been a problem and I've been on my antidepressants longer than this issue has been present.
heat intolerance - I really struggle with the heat. So much so that my social life has become non existent during summer and I end up with severe headaches if exposed to heat for too long.
excessive urination - I have to pee all the time when my symptoms flare up.
Hives - only appears on my forearms and comes and goes when symptoms flare up.
Tight chest - sharp and sudden pains in my chest that stop me in my tracks. Totally unprovoked too.
Poor memory - my memory has become terrible over the past few years and has gotten progressively worse. Especially my working memory.

Usually I get a daily influx of emails on health topics. An article from Dr. Mercola really stood out recently though because it mentioned that fat cells have their own mitochondria. Not only was this the first I'd heard of this, he also mentioned that fat serves a purpose in our metabolism. Another new factoid for me. The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
