I'm losing it here guys, really need some help. I've been having pain in my spine between my shoulders for over two years. It comes and goes, but noticing in my jounal this morning and according to my timeline whenever this pain comes along, with in 24 to 48 hours I have new symptoms appear along with old ones that were absent for awhile.
The first time I had this pain was in sept. 2009, it came and went for a few days then stayed, with it my numbness in my left leg got worse, pins and needles in my arms, hands, feet and legs. Facial pain, and I fell and fractured two vertebrae in the thoracic area. I left three months later along with all the symptoms except the numbness in my leg.
2010 It reappeared along with loosing my balance all the time, numbness in just the front of my right leg, dropping things, and hair sensations on my hands and wrists. bugs crawling in my legs and feet.
Fell again but wasn't injured. cold water sensation in legs and ankles.
Lasted two months and everything disappeared except buggy feeling off and on, and hair sensations.
2011 July, it came back with pain in ankles so badly i could hardly walk and need a cane. balance problems got real severe, tremors in head and hands. All lasted three weeks but the tremors hung around and balance only improved.
2011 Oct 5, it's back really bad pain in spine and it's causing tight band (hug's) around my ribs with little muscles spasms you can feel between my ribs on right side. Bent my head down to pick something up and the worst electric shock went through my arms and hands i have ever felt.
Thumb on left hand felt like i had broken blood vessel but no bruising, followed by pins and needles that come and go. Pain that starts in my bicep of my left arm and goes to my thumb. Dropping things constantly, Left hand feels uncoordinated .
2011 Oct 7 tremors are worse today and so is hug around ribs, AND this is really freaking me out and (sorry guys) I was standing in the kitchen and all of the sudden my pants were wet. Didn't even have to go. That is something that has never ever happen before and I'm freaking out about it.
I've been nauseous all week and now I feel like i could vomit i'm so scared.
Is this normal with AI diseases or am I loosing it?
Please help if you can.

I called neuro and He still hasn't returned my call. Called my GP and they were closed for the afternoon, so I went to Urgent Care and the Doc there said He thought I should have IV-Steroids but wasn't equiped to do them there, He gave me Tramadol for pain, and told me to keep trying to get ahold of my neuro and thought this was all MS related or Lupus.
It hasn't happen again but probably because I can't stay out of the bathroom long in fear of having wet panties again.
Hopefully the neuro will call tomorrow or I can get in Monday to see him. This isn't the first time my call to him wasn't returned, so I'm not surprised, just angry.
It's so nice to know I have friends here that will lead me in the right direction when I get so scared and can't think clearly.
