The issue with probiotics is that if you take them orally you want refrigerated probiotics. Then take them AFTER you drink a LARGE glass of water between meals. This will dilute the stomach acid so more gets to where it needs to ALIVE. It is only the live bacteria that help you.
I actually do coffee enema and then afterward wait and hour and use 1 cup warm water with probiotics for another enema. It has been helping me quite a bit with my issues.
Low sugar diet (anti-candid diet) and antifungals can help too.
I agree with the Alpha lipoic acid (R-ALA) as this dosage. As it was used by Linus Pauling Institute in research on RA (a few years ago) and found to reduce inflammation at this dosage 3 times a week.
