The best way to ease stress between you & your boy friend is to talk. Don't get all upset, yell & cry, just talk. A room full of negative emotions won't solve a damn thing. If you have a need, talk to him about it. Don't expect him to be able to read your mind, & don't attempt to read his.
Be up front and honest, tell the man you need to get out of the house. A short car ride, a trip to the grocery, go visit a park.
If you feel alone, don't depend on your boy friend to solve all of your social needs. No one person can do that. Get on the phone & ask a friend to stop by after work for a glass of tea.
Remember the rule from childhood; 'if you want to have a friend, you have to first be a friend.'
I've seen too many friends with MS become so negative they end up pushing everyone out of their lives. If people have to tip toe around someone, pretty soon they just avoid them all together.
If you really feel depressed, get some help. If money is a problem, there are clinics that will provide help @ little or no cost. The MS society can help you find them.

It is hard to fight MS every single day. It wears on us physically and mentally. We just have to ask for help from the right sources.
Take care!
I'm sorry you are low, it happens to all of us. Take heart and know that you are not alone! You have already been given some excellent advice by the other's who have posted so I won't repeat their words.
I wanted to focus on the practical matter of not being able to afford food. There are options, DSHS has an emergency fund for food you could apply for. And then there are always your local food banks. If you have never used one before, don't allow your pride to keep you from going. They are ran by wonderful caring people who understand that THINGS happen. Please, do not go hungry when there it is not nessisary.
Hang in there my friend! You will be in my thoughts and prayers, Hugs, Cathy
