I really really don't know what you have going on. I will say that there have been a few that have posted, positive that they had MS and at least one was nice enough to come back and tell us it was not MS but it was Rheumatoid Arthritis, an auto immune disease also with that crazy symptom fluctuation auto immune disease have!
At the time I thanked him for coming back to tell us the rest of the story because we learn that what know absolutely is that something is wrong, but we don't necessarily know what it is.
In the vein of that heat issue you mention, I know a couple where the husband has MS and the wife has Fibromyalgia...both are auto immune diseases and both are temperature sensative...but MS is negatively affected by the summer heat & Fibro is negatively affected by the winter cold. So they say they have a perfect marriage, because during every season one is the strong one that helps the other....
I have no idea if eithe has seizures....I'm just saying there are a lot of chronic illness' that can resemble MS because MS is the great imitator of a lot of different illness.
Ms is a real tough disease to diagnose. i wasn't diagnosed until 19 years after my onset symptom---which is extreme and in part because of medical testing equiptmrent not being around 19 years ago, but still even now there are people who describe years before they found out what was wrong with them.
auto immune disease are tough like that...and pretty much the main advise you will get is keep a journal of your symptoms & keep your symptom journal for a long period of time? auto immune disease can go into remission and hide for even a decade and then come out of hiding and flare up again & the journal you have showing you had these symptoms 10 years ago may help in the final diagnosis.
It did for me when I was able to say I had optic neuritis 19 years ago.
As nnyl1 said there are many neurological conditions other than MS that could be causing your symptoms. Your doctor should give you something to help treat your symptoms though. Either work with your primary care physician or your neurologist to get some help. It took me a long time to get a diagnosis, but my doctors were good about treating my symptoms as they came along. Of course you'll need to speak up and ask for what you need. Take care.
