I posted about my rediculous family doc & the stupid crap that came out of here mouth! Well, that got me fired up! I was sooo angry that she was now refusing to give me any referrals! She wanted to me to imediately jump on the band wagon & take the deadly drug-alpurinol, for my elevated UA level! Well, I was highly irriated by all this & called & talked with the nurse again! Made one more atempt to get my referrals! So she hands me the same crap again! So I told her; Look! I know for a fact that there are many things that can elevate your UA level, & before we go putting me on a deadly drug we need to send me to an RA to find out for sure about all this & to see what is raising it in the first place instead of immediately assuming that it's Gout, or Gouty Arthritis!

What is it with these stupid idiotic family doctors? The second that you have an elevated UA they immediatley jump to the conclusion that you have Gout! And, nothing could be further from the truth!!! If you type in elevated UA it will give you a list of 10-20 different things that could cause it! I promise you! Elevated UA does not automactically mean Gout! Or even gouty arth.....

It can be PA, it can be your kidney's malfunctioning, & here's the biggie for me: If you take antibiotics over & over & over & have a lot of yeast infections, it can & most likely will elevate your UA!!! And, guess what folks??? I have been on AB's repeatedly for almost 4 yrs now & have had yeast infections non-stop!!!Gurantee you that is what is causing it to be elevated on me!

So, anyway, the nurse refused to hear any intelligent arguement! Insisted that it was gout & gouty arth.... based souly on the fact that my UA was elevated! And, kept telling me that if I didn't take the alpurinol & didn't get my UA back to normal that they would not make any referrals! And, I kept insisting that that was not the cause & that NONE of use knew what the hell was causing it to be elevated & that that was all the more reason that I needed to be referred to a specialist so that he could look at that & run his or her own tests to determine for sure what was causing that BEFORE!!!!! I PUT A DEADLY POISEN IN MY BODY THAT I MIGHT NOT NEED IN THE 1ST PLACE!?

She got all mad & irritated at me for making sense & pleading my case!!! And, I got upset with her because she refused to have a freaking brain & listen to logic--AND, BECAUSE she got mad at me for even having the good sense & good logic to plea my case in the 1st place! The problem was, I made too much damned sense!!! And, they couldn't have me showing up the KNOW-IT-ALL DOCTOR!!!!

That doctor is determined that SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING & THAT SHE IS GOING TO BE THE ONE TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT! AND SHE'S WILLING TO PLAY WITH MY LIFE--JUST SO SHE CAN FREAKING BE RIGHT OR PROVE THAT SHE KNOWS IT ALL!!! THAT'S A REAL CHRISTIAN DOCTOR ATTITUDE FOR YOU RIGHT THERE! Remember she gave me the "I am a Christian, & was trying to get me to go to her church & was trying to save my soul instead of saving my life!!!"

Anyway, just telling you guys this to lead into what I did & into my NEW RA SPECIALIST!!! Okay! So, I tried this first before trying to find another doctor because all of that takes a lot of time & would prolong any referral that I might get!? So I got mad as hell & said to myself: THIS STUPID IDIOT DOCTOR IS NOT GOING TO DANGLE REFERRALS IN FRONT OF ME OVER & OVER AGAIN, & STRING ME ALONG ANY FURTHER JUST TO PULL THE REFERRAL RUG OUT FROM UNDER MY FEET OVER & OVER AGAIN!

SO I SAID TO MYSELF--BY-GOD! IF SHE IS GOING TO BEHAVE THIS WAY I AM GOING TO CALL EVERY RA WITHIN GETTING TO DISTANCE UNTIL I FIND ONE THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE A REFERRAL! UNTIL I FIND ONE THAT WILL LET ME SELF-REFER! SO THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID!!! I CALLED EVERYONE IN MY TOWN--NO GO! SO I TRIED THE NEXT TOWN BACK FROM ME--THAT I USED TO LIVE IN! TWO CAME UP! And, so I called one of them! And, sure enough!!! He took self-referred patients!!! And, I got an appt...!

Okay, so first!? They scheduled me way out in Dec. was on the 12th! But then the girl called my best friend the next morning told her that they had a cancellation for the next day & did I want it??? And, so I finally got the message from my friend & called them asap to try & grab it!? Well!? I didn't get that one, but I did ask; OK! I lost that one but do you have any others??? So she said, Yes! We have one for the day after that; which was this past Saturday @ 11! So I said; YES MAME!!! I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE IT!!!

Cause it was going to take 45 min to an hour to get there! And, usually during the week there is a ton of traffic in town! But I knew with the appt being on Sat.. that that would be really great, because there would be almost NO traffic, & there would be almost no patients in the office & no wait time! I had never heard of a weekend appt... but I love that ideal!!! For me!? That is the ideal appt day!!! Because again!? No traffic! No school zones!!! And, no wait time!!! Best time ever to go to the doctor!

So I went! And, made a day out of it! There is a real nice national park there with great hiking trails & sceenery! So I took a couple of my dogs & went hiking in beautiful country on an ABG day!!! Had a great day of hiking & driving around with my dogs! Oh ya! It didn't start off well because I was running late & in danger of losing my appt & doing all this for nothing & then to make matters worse I got stopped by a cop! For my tags! They were due last month & I have not been able to afford them, so I didn't have my new ones yet!

So I was real upset & thinking--OMG!!!! THIS IS IT! THIS IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE! I WILL NEVER BE SEEN BY THEM NOW!!!

But then--My Creator was with truly with me, because he apparently was going to site me for 2 things?? And, when I told him about my Doc appt.. & that I was running late already & that I had driven all that distance just to see them & now I was going to totally miss it because of this & that I despartly needed to go!!! So he had the station to try & call them to explain to them that I would be there but I wasn't because I was being detained by him! Well, they didn't get a hold of the doc office cause they weren't answering their phones!

So, anyway, cop looked like he felt sooo bad & so guilty for pulling me over now!? So he says, well, okay, I got to at least run your license & make sure that everything is okay with that!? So I said, well, okay? I guess? And, so he goes & does that & sees that I'm not a crimminal! And, then he comes back to my vehicle & says to me--Look mame! I've thought about it, & I've decided that I'm not going to give you any citations for any of this! But I want you to really work on getting those tags! And, I want you to be real careful out here & not get yourself hurt!? Okay!?

SO I WAS SOOOO RELIEVED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE EXPENSE ADDED TO ALREADY BOTTOMLESS HOLE OF NO MONEY EXPENSES!!!

So then I got to the doc office finally! And, very very frazzled!!! And, I explained it to the girl! And, she was looking at me like she was freaked out by me now--& was thinking that I was really some bad-ass criminal!!!??? I really enjoyed that one!!! Well, so anyway! I GOT TO SEE THE DOCTOR!!!

AND, ALL WENT SUPER!!!!! AFTER I GOT THAT BS BEHIND ME THE DAY COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER!!!!!! THE CREATOR TRULY BLESSED MY DAY!!! AND, THAT MADE ME SOOO VERY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT I FOUND A GREAT RA RIGHT OUT THE GATE!!! And, I couldn't have ask for the visit to go better!
