I took Dr. Oz's Real Age quiz and found that because of my MS symptoms, my physical age is really 18 years older than I actually am! Believe me, most days I feel the older age too. Other than the MS problems I have no serious health issues uncommon for my current age (i.e., cholesterol is slightly elevated).

This quiz is free to take, and I would be interested in hearing others results. I thought this was also interesting because of another current thread called "Trials" that has a current study going on about aging expectations in participants with MS.

If you feel like sharing your "real age" I would be interested to see if there is some kind of pattern with MS patients and aging. Thanks - Lynne

I took this about two years ago, at that time I was four years older than my real age, it told me to quit smoking, which I have, but I can't get back in, who knows, I forgot that passsword, didn't write this one down, and it won't send me a new one...and I am sure that I will age more than it is worth to get it straightened out!

But it is interesting.

I agree, it was long, but it was fun! It says my "real age" is 7 years older than my actual age.

sorry guys, I had to "bump" this thread up as I wasn't getting the response from more folks like I had hoped to, but I appreciate Nahlie, Nikki's and stuck's response! Thank you!

It had been so long since I had taken this test I had forgotten how long the test was. Please, in your spare time try to spend the 10 minutes needed to take this test. I'm really interested in hearing from all of you!

I came out 3.5 years older. WAY BETTER than I expected!

I'm 50 and it rated me at 65.5 ....that's way better than the 86 that I was expecting....

I will be 44 and it aged me at 58....honestly i thought it would be much higher by the way i physically feel.

My real age is 37.5. I am 43 years old, so I am 5 1/2 years younger than my chronological age! I live a very healthy lifestyle though and it does pay off for me eventhough I have a diagnosis of MS. I think my real age would have been much older a few years back. The good news is, you can do things to change your real age and how you feel, even if it is baby steps!

Yeah, I took the real age test. Not sure if it was the same one, but I think my results had me about 25 years older. Lovely eh? There are also tests that gives age based on brain tests. The longer you work with the tests, the younger you become. I am sorta not putting much credence in this.

TIME CONSUMING!! I AM 5-ISH YEARS OVER! WELL, I DON'T REALLY FEEL BETTER, BUT I WASN'T SURPRISED.
AND MY VITALS ARE GOOD TOO....
JUST NEEDED TO WASTE SOME TIME...

I am 1 year older than my actual age. I'm suprised how smoking and MS didn't really affect the result much.
