I assume they tested you and you were negative for Lyme's Disease, Lupus (ANA test), ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) and B12 deficiency, etc?
If you absorb B12 they the test will show B12 level is fine...which IF you can metabolize it into Methyl-B12. IF you can not then while the B12 test comes back fine you would be deficient in methyl B12 thus your myelin does not have what it needs to renew itself and will give you "MS like symptoms"
Did they give you METHYL- B12 sub-lingual tablets for a few months to see if it reduces symptoms? I ask because some people can absorb B12 but have issues activate it (reshape or metabolizing it) so you can use it. They can not test for methyl-B12 but they can either give you cheap methyl-B12 for 3-6 months to see if it helps or they can test your genetics (MTHFR test ).

The other things I would look into are getting an immune test ie
1.) MRT test from LEAP
http://nowleap.com/the-patented-mediator-release-test-mrt/
It tests over 150 foods and chemicals to find out if these foods increase LGs, PGs (steroids block these chemicals and their inflammatory response). It also tests to find if these foods increase cytokines ie IL-7 that increase T-cells which all can contribute toward symptoms. Then you reduce or eliminate foods that cause your INDIVIDUAL immune response problems that might be contributing toward your disease symptoms.
2.) GI testing from Genova Diagnostics ie URL below is also another good idea because 70-80% of the mature immune system is found in the gut. If the gut is not working correctly it can affect your immune system (ie inflammation and T-cells)

Wish you the best of luck working with your doctor to help your health,

My MRI was different tan yours, but I was older tan you when the scans were done. It is better if they are detecting it earlier on. As far as symptoms, they seem to be in line (I also suffer from fatigue, spasticity, urinary retension. . .)
I only think a small sliver of MS population has this as an issue..but take a look into this as it is a CHEAP water soluble nutrient (you pee out if you have too much).
The tests you had are to determine WHAT you have. They will help give you a proper diagnosis. These tests, more than likely, did NOT include the 2 tests I mentioned above. These tests go toward finding contributing causes of what is increasing inflammation and T-cell activation in your body. It is not root cause but what is contributing to your symptoms.
Good luck to you,
EP
PS my husband has had RRMS for over 11 years (dx around age 30). I have done a TON of research on this and once we eliminated problem foods, added supplements (fish oil, VITAMIN D3, CoEnzyme Q10, GOOD multivitamin with lots of B vitamins, etc) his relapses went from every 3.5 months to 4.5 years and now it has been over 5 years since last relapse. Doctors can not believe how good he is doing. He is NOT cured but we have slowed the beast.
So part of MS is where specific T-cells are doing damage to myelin. One of these tests looks at what foods /chemicals (150+) and finds out which ones are increasing Cytokines->IL-7 which trigger..T-cells. If you have an autoimmune disease you really want to avoid increasing T-cells which are a part of your immune system.
On the topic of immune system, 70-80% of the mature immune system is found in the GI. If you have bad bacteria, fungi, parasites etc in your gut this can increase inflammation (part of immune system) and other parts of the immune process. The second test looks at what you can do to improve gut health and therefore proper immune function (ie decreasing inflammation ,etc).
In addition to methyl B vitamins I would encourage you to speak to a nutritionist or doctor about also looking into vitamin D3 and trying to get your levels up to between 70-90. Research shows that those with higher levels of D3 have less disease activity.

You need fish oil, olive oil, nuts (aka fat) to absorb fat soluble Vitamin D3, plus K2 to properly deal with the increased absorption of calcium (D3 tells gut to absorb calcium).
Also know that if you are highly stressed and or have high inflammation in the body (ie GI inflammation) then your body makes natural steroid called Cortisol. D3 is turned into a seco-steroid. What is my point in telling you this?? Cortisol and D3 compete for cell receptors telling the cells to function. If you have tons of extra cortisol (due to chronic inflam or stress) then D3 will not work correctly.
Best wishes to you,
