This is really detracting from my enjoyment of this site. I do not know how to stop them but they are worse than a pain.

I agree, it's really starting to tick me off.

lol i have none, i use adblock plus. its free on firefox. i don't get youtube ads or really any annoying pop ups either.

firefox is way better than internet explorer, faster and no crashes. but if you don't use it now, i'm just guessing there will be no change from routine lol!

or download noscript, it blocks everything except the site you're on and you have to manually allow ads.

i just looked and they make it for explorer, safari, and firefox, so you should find one to work for you! hope i helped

I'll post this to the DS management and see what they say. I'm sure others are feeling the pain too!

I am with GeraldLiv on this on...its better than having to pay to have this site.I just overlook them

I've never had a pop-up on this site and was surprised when I read y'all get them.

I do have my internet options set up to block pop-ups though so I guess that is why. I didn't download anything special, it was already on my laptop.

Yes, I complained about this in my journal last week. It's driving me crazy and it's distracting and I wish this site was more like FB ! lol
