Good luck and stay focused on taking care of yourself.
Soon you will be moving out then she will be alone to do what you do. How exciting for her. Just think you will be able to line up your Tupperware and no one but you will mess it up. :)
Don't let your mother ruin your day , you are the wiser person. Smile and be excited to start packing your boxes. Good luck!
I can sort of relate to what you are going thru. When I was first dx I didn't understand (still don't) MS, was scared, angry, etc. All I wanted was for someone to listen to me, let me cry, scream, yell, say why, ask a million questions and so on.
So I call my mom. I knew she didn't have answers nor did I expect to get any and I didn't. But what I did get after telling her what I was experiencing and going thru was "yeah well that's not bad, I went to the doctor today and they said I had high blood pressure" really mom? Really?!? I just told you that the doctors think I may have cancer on the brain and I have a non cureable disease and all you can say is "that's not bad"
I just wanted to come thru the phone. I told my aunt about it a few days later (her sister) and all she could say was "your mom doesn't know anything about MS, so all this is new to her to" WTF?!?
So I guess what I am trying to say is a lot of people only think about their self and don't think anyone else can have bad days or. It feel so good sometimes. It's sad that a lot of the times it's the people that are the closes or the ones that mean the most to us that feel this way.
I hope your week does get better. Although we may only be here via computer, please remember we are here for you anytime you need to vent. We won't turn our shoulder nor tell you your lazy.
