Anyone have this? I do and it is driving me nuts!!! Looking for ideas on how to control. Doc says nothing can be done except Botox injections which I do not want.

I don't know what it is either. Surprised you don't want Botox. I have Botox every 3-4 months for my eyes which as well as damage from ms (optic neuritis). I have Dystonia in eyes which means rapid blinking & eye almost closed a lot of the time. Botox hurts in the lid of eye, as would anything but it works.

Never heard of this but googled it, Will this disease just give us all a break.....sorry you have to deal with that. I have daily hip flexor spasms that start my legs jerking wildly. Wakes me out of a sound sleep.

I get botox for contracted hand and had them in legs. Unfortunately did nothing for the flexor spasms but Botox completely unclenches, my hand. Can be kind of a temporary paralyzing miracle drug.

Is tegrerol an option? I'd do research. MS Society has extensive library of info.
