Me and my husband are always complaining about my having the same problem. If I am doing good one way, something else is going wrong all the time. I went to a Harley Ralley I had to go to begging he finally let me go. I was having seizures the day before and wrecked my car, so he was scared to even take me on a camping trip at a bike ralley but I really wanted to go bad so he took me. The first day, I walk out of my tent to fall over sideways taking out a chair. Then the heat got to me to where I couldn't see right. but my balance was fine again. It was crazy. Try standing in a portapotty with all this going on... But I have just got use to it. It is to where my husband calls daily to ask "so what's going on today while I'm at work" just so he knows what he's coming home to.

I didn't know that seizure were related to MS. Is this true? I have not read that anywhere but it would make sense to me as we are talking about the CNS. I have a way of ingnoring things but I believe the same is happening to me as far as symptoms coming and going. I have trigeminal nerve pain for a few days and then the vision problems kick in. I try not to put too much thought into it. I figure if I have to think about it that hard to figure out if it is a symptom or not, I will wait until it is obvious without much thought.

Not a sufferer myself, but those who I know with this disease find this aspect to be one of the "crazy makers", because sometimes it seems like on any given day they won't know which part of their brain is going to act funky on them.

I think that would be tough to deal with also. I mean, if someone had a permanent ache in your foot, a person can sort of learn to ignore it. But when that ache moves around and sometimes is the "can't remember squat" ache, and sometimes it's the "can't see straight" ache, and sometimes it's the "walk like a half drunk idiot" ache, and other times it's the "bite the head off my significant other and family members" ache...

Hi Eloise, I have had experiences like you. I am never without some type of symptom. When my balance is good, there is always pain. Then the pain will change from dull aching pain to burning pain. When the pain leaves my feet and hands it goes to my feet. When I am not in pain I am tired one day then the next day I am in pain and tired at the same time. I have the have days when the cognitive is very good and then those days when I can't remember anything.I ask God it I can have one good day altogether. I believe that I am going to get that day real soon (smile). Be blessed.

I been living that way since 2004. Before I was diagnosed my daughter would ask me what I have been drinking because one minute I was walking fine and then I would stagger. When we would go out to eat I would forget what I would order and would ask for something that didn't go with that meal. My daugher would look at me like I was crazy and the waitress too. The pain was so bad that when I rode in a car they would try not to hit anything like a holes in the road or bumps because it hurt me so bad. I would get so tired that all I wanted to do was sleep. I didn't know what getting over heating would do until I got over heated twice and almost passed out twice. It seems like a diffrent part of my body hurts everyday in a different way. MS sucks!

Hello Again Elloise, YES & It`s so Overwhelming sometimes! The Love of My Life said to me" what "symptoms" are you having now"? "I have syptoms Every Single Solitary Day!" I legs go completly numb,feel like their encased in concreat,Cognitive Problems that really bug me & make me feel like an idiot. As it was I Always felt like I did`nt know as much as everyone else & Now It`s Worse. I Fall Down-My legs give out W/O warning & BOOM.lol. Anyway Im trying Not to Let It Get The Best Of Me. Painting,Sometimes even when my hands shake.What a Sight.LOL.I do the wiggleiest Flowers You`ve ever seen sometimes.To help with the cognitive Try doing crossword puzzles(I could`nt do em before MS,I still can`t.
