my legs and my feet hurt so bad! What do you take to help with the pain?

It is the only thing which gives me relief.
Sadly it's illegal here! but very strong pain killers (like panedine forte ) for me are my only prescribed drug option,
I also wear closed in shoes, which help a lot.
The heat here also makes my feet feel worse, to the point of tears sometimes. It is the crappiest thing.
