If anyone knows my dog is my world n I love her more than anything and my dream is to turn her my service dog....anyhow in the morning its hard to get up n walk its like stiffness and pain..it takes bout the morning to get back to my norm self by walking enough in the apt..but when I make myself get up n walk my dog I lossen up so much quicker and alot easier to move around..I've walked her since I got her last yr but my bf used to walk her in the morning cuz I felt crappy..since he started working n I've been home I walk her 2-3 times a day..and I just realized like a week ago that if I didn't have my dog n the need to walk her I'd spend all my mornings in bed.....my dog saved my desire to walk...even those days where I really feel bad I always feel better after taking time to thank God for another day I can walk..
