Do any of the rest of you struggle to figure out whether you're experiencing an MS symptom or something new?
I was diagnosed 2 years ago. The doctor wasn't even testing for MS, but an MRI showed lesions and that started the ball rolling. Now I give myself a daily injection of Copaxone and struggle to figure out what is MS and what potentially another problem. For instance, my son came down with Mono and around the same time I had an increase in my fatigue. I couldn't help but wonder if I had Mono as well.
What do you do when the symptom is new or worse and matches up with the MS, but could also be something more immediately life threatening?
