Three days ago I played two rounds (9 holes each) of disc golf and then walked 6.2 miles as part of a state competition that anyone can do (just sign up for it). The next day, I played another round of disc golf. Surprisingly, I didn't get stiff and sore like I thought I would, but the fatigue has been incredible ever since. It is also harder for me to get a deep breath (I have asthma too). What I am wondering is if MS takes 'revenge' so to speak on the body after it (body) has been given a huge workout? If so, how long does it take to get back to 'normal'? I cannot get enough sleep. The only good thing about it is that I'm getting to bed eariler. I lack motivation and just don't 'feel well' overall. The last three miles of the walk were difficult to do, but I persevered. I think I'm paying for it now. I participated in the walk and the other competition because I wanted to know if I could do it. I did, but am not certain that the 'fallout' is worth it. Anyone relate?
