Has anyone ever had numbness from the waist down on both sides. Legs, feet, theighs and every thing in between. I've had 3 MRI's this week and go for the results on Wednesday. They put it all on a disk for me. Like I know what to look for. Any takers on this.

my brother had a ruptured disk in his neck. he had numbness all over his body from it till he had his surgery for it. pinched nerves can really wreak havoc on your body.

Hi Tom, Yes, I had numbness from the waist down for almost 3 months. I thought it was sciatica or a pinched nerve. I was going to the chiropractor and she told me to go to the doctors and get checked.

There is another disease that can cause numbness like that. I can't recall what the name of it is, but it is due to narrowing of the spinal cord. It's still possible that it is a pinched nerve. I hope so for your sake.
