I had tried the two meds that were out in 2002, but it hadn't occurred to me to ask about new ones until my neurologist asked which I had tried before. There are new ones and I had no idea. I'm on something now that allows me to sleep better, and to cut down frequency during the day as well.

Medication and Year Introduced on the Market
Oxybutynin (Ditropan) 1975
Tolterodine (Detrol) 1998
Solifenacin (Vesicare) 2004
Trospium 2004
Fesoterodine 2007
Darifenacin (Enablex) 2010?
