Yes progression is just that, slowly deterioration, without any big events. I suspect im too, specially since my lesion is spinal cord.
I have a group to keep ourselves moving, exercise. You can do so much from a wheelchair. Look it up in you tube.
I can barely stand but I pedal from a chair, I do upper body and im getting a bar installed, still trying to figure where, to do chair lifts.
Use a walker for transfers.
Stay with us, Alma
I have been watching some of the youtube exercise video's also, and I agree with Alma, that that is a good idea! Start slow, but, do start! There are some good ones for all sorts of ms'er's ...both those in wheelchairs, or using walkers, or just using chairs, or even the free-standing options! :)
Sorry that you don't have a med. that will help anymore.
Sometimes, as odd as it seems, the times we do some exercise are ways to kind of bring that energy back into our lives! Maybe this will give you at least a little boost! I hope so!
Best to you!
