My husband thinks every pain is due to a lack of exercise. I can not convince him otherwise. Neither can the doctor. Oh well! C'est la vie!
If your pain is only on one side it could be to do with a referred nerve problem - like the sciatic nerve or it could be a foot problem. For feet, a podiatrist might help, for the other a good chiropracter may be the go.
I'm only drawing on my own experiences here - you can only keep trying until you get an answer or hopefully, relief.
It's terrible! At the beginning I didn't know what to do, now I do flex and point, first it hurts a lot but continue. Because it lets go, it feels like a pop,,,then ahhh relief!!!
