I'm not sure if anyone here uses LDN or not, or if your on a DMD in the Rebif class, the inferons. This is a great site about LDN as there are people who use this as their drug of choice for MS. I was told by my Neuro that it was a good choice to take with Rebif but I was told on other sites that they would work against one another, but that has changed and you can use the two together. It said that LDN will help with the side effects of Rebif. If I remember right it has to be gotten at a compound pharmacy and I think you may need a script. I hope this site helps, even if it is one person. I will be looking into this for myself as I have heard so much good about it from so many people.

Just incase the audience there does not check the main board so much. Larry has a lot of information about LDN and can probably answer your questions there.

LDN is dispensed from a compound pharmacy, Skips Pharmacy in Florida being one of the best. You need a script.

I read on Skip's Pharmacy web site the following:

Can I take LDN with the other MS drugs?
You can take LDN with Copaxone but not with Avonex or Beta Seron.

I have been taking LDN with Avonex for the past three and a half years. Interferons and LDN are not contraindicated at all. They work well together.

I have been taking Avonex and LDN together since I started taking LDN. But I don't notice any difference with LDN.

I wonder what does LDN do for those of you who take it. I have been on it now for almost a year and I don't notice one thing different.

What is so great about it? Please tell me what it does for you? I think that I should just eliminate it from my meds since it just adds to my med list and it seems to be useless to me.

ezone, for me LDN significantly improved my gait. Before LDN, I was walking with a cane over 80% of the time. Post LDN I walk with a cane at most 10% of the time. What LDN does is sort of like the CRAB drugs. If MS is not relapsing, then LDN must be working! That's what it's all about, having no relapses.
