Happy for you Amy!

Such a hassle for people like us. I filed in July and was approved after 1-1/2 years for my SSDI.

If I did not have this, I do not know what I would do. I also get a small disability pension (not much but it has medical benefits attached to it) from my former employer as I was disability retired after becoming too sick to work any longer.

It is so stressful having to worry about being turned down and finding the right lawyer, etc.

I'm very glad to know this is over with for you and I hope that you can concentrate on your health. Here's wishing you the best.
