Hi. Just want to share something that might touch you. Someone told me today, "acknowledge your daily accomplishments." I think this was incredible advice from someone outside the world of MS for those of us inside...I'm going to start right away.

What great advice!! It is so easy, as I'm finding, to get lost in what you can't do, and what hurts. But we should be proud of what we have accomplished each day. It's not that easy for us. We should be proud of ourselves!

Thanks for this. It is very easy to focus on what we can't do. Actually, now that I think of it I have accomplished a lot this morning and I will be focusing on that. To some it may not semm like much but to me it is.

Hi I have been trying to do this for maybe about six months. It seems weird sometimes because somedays I don't do much but stay in bed. I usually feel a bit better somehow when I have this thought to myself. Thanks for a post like this...

a great tip, I have spent a lot of time (way too much)thinking about what i cant do, what i didnt do, what i shouldve done, i was on a fast track to a deadend, talk about feeding depression!!!
I dont have to look far to realize how lucky I am, it could be so much worse.
MS Sucks and I have much to be thankful for.
