Alma asked me if I could post an article found in the Journal of Rehabilitation Research & Development, Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and I couldn't because it was in PDF format. However, I further researched the article and found where you can go to it yourself, and alot of others relating to MS and bring up the PDF files for your pleasure reading. then on the right side is a table of contents. Under subject, type in Multiple Sclerosis. Alma's article she wants us all to read is "Eliptical exercise improves fatigue ratings and quality of life in patents with MS"

then, look to your lower left side of the screen for link which says, "Journal of Rehabilitation Research and Development". Click on that, and then the final link on the right side of the page which is the table of contents. Sorry for the long instructions, but there are some interestering reads here.

You can do your own linking to this article if you are interested, but what I'm trying to link through DS is not working. Sorry, I am closing this thread.
