from what I can gather the Wahls diet if essentially 9 cups of veggies, organic grain fed meat and fish, nuts, seeds, and seaweed. NO dairy, gluten, legumes, potatoes - how about grains like quinoa, millet, rice? is the Wahls diet essentially Paleo?
I am considering doing the diet, but am apprehensive about eating a lot of meat and no grains. I only weigh about 110lbs and find it difficult to gain any weight - I think I might fly away without any grains to keep me on the ground.
any thoughts, recommendations or suggestions are appreciated :-)
